In April 2023, Noah Wall assumed the position of executive vice president for Policy and Government Affairs at the State Financial Officers Foundation (SFOF). Prior to that, he served as executive vice president at FreedomWorks, an organization he first joined in 2014 as its national director of campaigns. In that capacity, he claims to have played a key role in the growth and development of the right-wing House Freedom Caucus, a group of congressional Republicans that morphed from its Tea Party roots to champion the MAGA mentality.
Wall spoke out against ESG while at FreedomWorks, calling it “backdoor communism.” In January 2023, he said that any member of Congress “who advances ESG priorities” would be held accountable by the organization.
Earlier in his career, Wall served as Virginia Attorney General Ken Cuccinelli’s political director and ran his 2013 gubernatorial campaign. He holds a bachelor’s degree in international affairs from George Washington University.
